I actually made a board in the admin forum about it, and it turns out james was going to give him an infraction for it anyway...so it would have made no difference if I did it or not. Just a thought but it might be worth asking the admin to post an announcement in the forum that things are going to take a tougher line from now on or you mods are gonna cop the lot flak wise
