I'm going to say bullying is the worst of the worst these days. Homophobism does seem to be more nefarious and you see here how people are really just unapologetic about it.
Usually the racist knows to try and hide it or deny it or explain their way out of it.
The bully will at least know to shift blame to the victim.
The sexist knows to keep his attitude muted and away from too many eyes,
but,
The homophobists is not only without remorse but even seems proud of it. Even when confronted they will even admit to the unfairness and STILL continue on.
So the homophobist might be the one to worry about the most as they willfully, remorselessly and even believing it is their 'right' carry on.
They also employ bullying so you can include that in there too.
