MORE proof that being on Big Brother won't make you rich - a batch of desperate housemates including albino Darnell Swallow have made a tacky PORNO show.

What Billi Did Next features BB8 loser Billi Bhatti, who is said to "take to the streets with his handy cam to persuade innocent babes to strip off and have sex with his mate Jonny".

The show is on a smutty channel to cash in on the launch of the final Big Brother next month.

Billi roped in BB9 housemates Rebecca Shiner and Darnell.

Bex keeps her clothes on, but Darnell can't resist getting in on the action.

BB1's Nichola Holt has also made a blue movie.

Who remembers the very original BB's and 'Survivor' seasons? The first big 'event' seasons of Reality Television?
At the time one of the biggest discussions was about the shock and psychological and sociological implications of taking a totally unknown 'regular person' and having them walk out of a house with instant fame.
Astonishing.
Paradigm shifting.
Psychologists were called to panels to discuss what dangers existed for someone almost instantly becoming a massive well-known celebrity.
Seriously - this was a real question and one of the reasons people were intrigued.

They *weren't wrong either. I recall the USA 'Survivor' was absolutely MASSIVE and someone figured that winner Richard Hatch (just a regular guy off the streets) almost instantly was being viewed and a 'household name' getting more Prime Time exposure than ANY other celebrity in the USA.
And for MONTHS!
There was serious talk... I mean real discussions about the future career of Richard Hatch... massive book sales,
what kind of 'picture deal' would he get signed to from Hollywood - predictions of what great villains he would play,
What Universities would pay for him to speak... hey, who would play Richard Hatch in the movie about his life?

Strangely we found out that Reality Television stars really last as long as the next season starts,
and,
IF you were ever wishing for a movie career, a singing career then the WORST thing you could do is a Reality Series because after that you are NEVER being taken seriously again.
Now it may be that a season of BB really IS going to be more success than you would have achieved anyways and you may get paid more than you would have anyways,
so,
its not even a bad thing if you have limited talents,
but,
It really did turn out we were all wrong. Instead of becoming tremendous celebrities building great careers from their 'Reality TV' these folks became absolutely forgettable.

Really the ones from the first BB's and Survivors probably did well enough. Cody, Nasty Nick, Richard Hatch, Dr.Will and a handful did get a little run and probably collected a few dollars.

Yep, a few exceptions will be brought up. Here is the thing with that though:
Yes, a handful of the 100+ aspiring actors, models and singers did manage to get a few contracts, a few gigs, a few adverts or magazine deals. Maybe a hit song.
OK,
but really no more than you might expect if you took 100 aspiring actors and singers and models who DID NOT do a season of BB.
and,
You might even wonder if they got those jobs or deals or roles DESPITE being on BB,
or,
I even wonder if a few might be doing MORE contracts and getting more notoriety and fame by their genuine talents had they not hurt themselves with a BB season?
A former BB HM who got a few repairman adverts (good) but also auditioned brilliantly for a great role in a major top film,
but,
despite being highly praised and called 'perfect' for the role.. the casting people realized too many will recognize him as ___ from BB and in that sense he wont work for the role and audiences.

Darnell is a funny one. People actually DID like him (which his insecurity wont allow him to accept) and then fulfills its own prophecy because they you do find him annoying,
and,
he actually was talented. I'm not into rap or hip-hop but I was thinking he was genuinely talented with music, lyrics, beats.
Unfortunately he can't do anything without being 'Darnell from BB9'? Maybe that is his problem?
Rex isn't getting to be the next Gordon Ramsey either.
Oddly, Rachel WAS famous as a child and isn't interested in it.

I don't know. What do these people do with themselves?
And as each season passes they become 'more common' and in that sense any fame stock goes down (so to speak).
I was dead certain I spotted a former BB HM outside a Tesco's but even though I recalled being totally enthralled with their drama (at that time) I could not think of their name or season... and didn't even care to think of it outside mentioning it to the girlfriend who vaguely remembered who it was and had heard they lived in the area.. and she didn't care either.
Yet at the time of that season she would have known EVERY single thing the HM was doing, saying and she probably could have quoted him verbatim the next day.

What an odd thing. It did not turn out how we first thought back in the day. Fame really is fleeting.
A surprisingly brisk and forgettable fame phenom turned out to be the case for them.
