yes they have changed it this year, it's now 50% phone vote and 50% judges from each country

Agreed. Jade is proof that block voting is a load of s*it sometimes. Jade came 4th last year for the UK and this year we are going to get nowhere because of stupid waterman. Not because of block voting, it's just because our song is a load of crap.
