It's not that dangerous if it's controlled. I'm sure he's taking supplements. The human body is very hardy and can bounce back from many extreme circumstances.

And he only looks thin compared to his previous muscular self.

I'll echo what various other people have said, hate his music (bar Candy Shop, and the Dan Finnerty version was still better) but kudos for doing that.

Christian Bale had a more drastic change inbetween Machinist and Batman Begins. Some people are being overdramatic saying he's in danger and such.

Just realised he did this for a role. Got to give him credit tbh, Jared Leto did the same (only gaining weight) once for a film he was in. Kudos to him even if he looks awful.

he actually looks like a different person, if i saw him in the film without knowing it was him, i probably wouldn't guess that.
