****ing shocking. How the **** was he allowed to drive around shooting, not just 5 people, ****ing 12, and 25 injured.

The regional constabulary is one of the smallest around, they couldn't get more Police in time. Its very tragic

The Police are Not Big enough in that area.
He had a Shotgun and Rifle. (Ref Ch4News)


They must get there own Gun Car with 4 on call
officers armed 24/7
