Wow. That's pretty bad. I guess it depends on the area you live in as well. This area has always had a pretty high level of unemployment, but there are also a hell of a lot of people here who don't want to work, which does leave a lot of jobs open for those of us who do.

i think a college would be best for you as like - well your a bit similar to me and college was the best option for you.

you are amazzzeddd at how much of a variety there are, and you get to meet new people and make new friends and its just an amazing experience you dont want to miss out on.

id suggest go to college and if your acedemic and better at exams then do a-levels.
or if your less acedemic and more practical then do btec.

or if your a bit of both then do a-levels and some a-levels do have both sides.

im doing a level drama and its a bit of both and im loving it.
maybe youll be good at drama? i dont know though.

im just making a suggestion but i advice you to go to college and either do one of the above.

hope i helped x

First off Stop worrying. If its something you have control over that causes you to worry dont worry about it, make the changes needed to affect the outcome, If its something you cant change or you have no control over worrying is a waste of time.

Second concentrate on your GCSE's the rest of your life can be sorted after you get through them. But having the best set of GCSE's you can obtain is a good grounding for the future.

After your GCSE's are over you can consider all the options available to you, resitting failed GCSE's, A levels or college, a job, an apprenticeship, the forces, dropping out, drug running or selling your ass to rich old men.

Think each option through and make a list of pros and cons, also consider best and worst outcome you could achieve in each option, then if need be put all the options in a hat and pick one out. In other words dont worry about the rest of your life just now, concentrate on whats important now, and thats your current exams, get them over with and then look at the rest of your life.
