I had my last cigarette last Friday.

I have just completed my 6th fag free day.

It's not easy but it's do-able.

I don't know where I'm getting the will-power actually, I've never gone without for this long before!


The lozenges were awful, so I've been using the nicotine gum, but I have only had one piece of gum today!
