I don't see what is SO bad about Rachael. Yes she's vain. But she isn't directly rude to other people or nasty to other people. She's not arguementative.

The problem there is that she is not directly rude to people. She opts to do it behind their backs. This could change though I think she has a spine, unlike Govan, so I think she could do it to peoples faces, which Govan could not!
