If Rachael is the standard for fat then most of the people in the UK probably including you,are beyond morbidly obese.

I honestly dont think BMI means anything.

I have a friends who, according to his doctor...has a BMI 5 above 'normal.


And he is really really skinny, theres practically nothing on him. You can actually see ribs at times.

I dont understand it at all.

And on the other hand, i have a female friend who LOOKS overweight, who is apparently the lower end of normal on the BMI thing

I dont dislike her because of her weight I just find her personality to be totally vile and false from what I have seen of her.

I dont either and if I was in my normal BMI range I would look terrible. I think my BMI normal is supposed to be about 9 or 10st and I am closer to 18st.

Even when I am at the higher end of 'normal' on the BMI scale, I look really ill. Far too skinny for my liking. I tried it once just to see, even though i was happy with how I was anyways. Mates and family kept asking me if I was on drugs because my face was so drawn in and I had bones sticking out

I didnt half enjoy the putting the weight back on though. I was KFCs best customer for a while

rachael clearly loves her food..you can see that by the way she wobbles round the house but what annoyed me was when she pointed out dave had some onions on his lunch in front of the whole ****ing table!! to make him look greedy...it was sick.

I'm glad we agree, and if you thought I said she was fat, you are mistaken. There is a difference between being fat and being chubby.
