My mate did suggest shoving a photo on my CV and taking it around Soho (massive gay part of London) and flirt around but I'd have thought employers would've been put off by that.

It did for me.

Also, as much as people dont advise it...make your CV colorful. I made the title bits on mine bold and pink...it stands out more.

If you want bar work, being very forward, and cheeky is the best way to get a job. Believe me.
