My guess is that he once got humiliated by a gorgeous girl for having a tiny dick or for shooting his load too soon. And since then has had a deep obsessive hatred for stunning girls.
He has woman issues for sure. And he's a massive game player. Hating on a female HM who he thinks will be disliked by the female viewers is just part of his agenda to bolster his support. Fake as his hair colour.
