As a matter of fact, I think the vast majority of posts I have made on this forum have been made within a few hours or during said smoking.
Any misconceptions are long standing myths stemming from an ill fated American government experiment where they gave so much dope smoke to Monkeys via facemasks that the Monkeys brain cells died off as a result of oxygen deprivation.

I used to be exactly the same until my brother came down with something pretty horrific after a couple of weeks in the 'Dam. That was about 15 years ago and it still impacts his daily life to this day. It's easy to say "it won't happen to me" because experts say things that concur with my standpoint but until you see it first hand you can't comprehend the horror it induces. You simply can't afford to risk your sanity over looking cool to your mates. To be on the safe side I quit too. For me it involved a complete lifestyle change and a new set of peers. I don't miss it now.
