think it's pretty clear that Ben is gay - he didn't put his sexuality on his application form.
I think when he made that remark it was more to do with him not wanting to come out than putting Mario down

Even if Ben was gay he would NOT in a million years fancy someone like Mario. Gay people are just as discerning as straight people regarding who they are attracted to, and Mario just doesn't float anyone's boat, least of all Ben's. As for Ben being "afraid to come out" I would say that in the showbiz/celebrity world being gay is hardly an uncommon phenomenon and in fact would attract no attention whatsoever!

The obsession on this forum with the sexuality of the HMs is bordering on voyeuristic which leads me to believe that a lot of FMs are themselves confused and in the closet
