I have a ****ing fox in my garden, how do i get rid????? without hurting it? dont wanna call the RSPCA cause they might kill it.....

No joke, my dad put food out for the birds one night, i heard a load of rumbling, looked out and there it was staring at me.....that was nearly 2 months ago, it comes back every night.....im trying to get a pick but everu time i take one the flash scares it....
