Tasks that mix up the dynamics a little bit and above all strong, charismatic characters. The house is also too big and lets people lounge around and avoid eachother too easily.
I also want the old editing style back. No music or montages (well, at least if the tasks weren't so boring). And for Christ's sake, something needs to be done about the current hopeless eviction format. Playing music on the way out sucks, I don't want to see housemates' best bits before their interview and the callers they get in to give their views are completely retarded and add nothing.

No matter that they act like senile 12-year-olds on the Today programme website - smoking illegal fags to look tough and cool. No matter that Amis coins truly abominable terms like 'the age of horrorism' and when criticised tells people to 'fuck off'. Surely we all chuckle at the strenuous ennui of his salon drawl. Didn't he once accidentally sneer his face off?
