I don't think she should go back into the house. She's missed too much and wont be able to walk properly. I love her, but she should go I think.

I hope she isn't able to sue. It's people claiming cash for their own wank-footedness that has turned this country into a Health and Safety joke.

She should definitely get her lawyers on it. Once there's a break, there's always a weakness there.

You can if it was deemed to be their fault.

Her getting anywhere near 20 grand is as likely as snow on the sun. She took part in a game show willingly where there is some element of risk to tasks. Claiming she could have won but for the injury, isnt a valid reason to up the amount to claim, unless she was in the final.

It wont even get to court even if she did sue, the insuruers would want to settle any reasonable claim for the injury out of court, even then if they refused Endemol may just give her a goodwill without admission of liability payment.
