He is not allowed to dictate them. He can argue it for himself and try and persuade others but nowhere does he 'dictate' them.

I suspect you actually 'say' one thing about this and apply it selectively to David - yet - in your daily practice you do something differently and don't hold others accountable?
Laws in this country say that a man CAN be naked in a men's changeroom yet he CANNOT walk naked into a womans change room.
A woman cannot strip naked in public.
Men and women have different toilets - government rules too.

So you try and decide how YOU apply different standards or claim to be opposed to this in 'one instance' but not another?
