He wasn't exposing himself - it was his bum! Fgs - guys walk around in the streets with their trousers half way down their bums showing half their cheeks - apparently a fashion statement! Nobody thinks anything of a bum!

I think Dave was probably talking more about the intent, the salacious nature of her 'exposure' - or at least his perceived view of her reasons for doing so!
