He's been leading Josie on for weeks with all the kissing and cuddling and telling her he loved her after she told him that she loved him. He's also rude and agressive to women.

That's what women seem to find so indearing about him; page after page of praise for him on the C4 BB site, they excuse his rudeness and agressive behaviour by saying he "tells it like it is", but I noticed they didn't like Keeley's honesty.
