I think 'little boy lost' is a brill summary. And it is because of this that I feel Dave, JJ and, at times, aided by Mario pick on him. Somehow to me this appears to be a form of bullying. By teasing Bens innocence, knowing that is his weakness, is a tad immature of them and could be seen as a form of bullying.
