He is a hypocrite. He always says how he likes people even for their bad qualities. But it is a lie. He complains about people but wraps it in a compliment, and he has done it with everyone.
He will says 'I love 'so-and-so' but i find 'this' really annoying about them, but i like them for it anyway'. Which is a lie if he is annoyed he should say it, not wrap it up in a hypocritical phrase.

he aint close to picking on anybody and his lying when he says he loves them that dosent mean his a hypocrite.
