Torres wouldn't go to Real because the club that made him who he is, Atletico Madrid, are Real's derby rivals.

He won't go to Man City because he isn't a mong.

And Chelsea, I dunno, depends how much he loves Liverpool.

I think he will stay though. And even if he wants to leave, someone has to offer around 70 million for the club to even consider it.

POSITIVITY on the pitch, positivity off it – Brendan Rodgers has only been in charge at Swansea City for one week but he is already making his mark.

As he watched his side cruise to a comfortable 1-0 win over League Two side Cheltenham, two things will have crossed Rodgers’ mind.

Firstly, Swansea should have scored more goals, but secondly, and more importantly, there were plenty of encouraging signs that the attacking flair which earned so many plaudits under Roberto Martinez was ready to rise again.
