Yes - but maybe they had been to other towns that day - who knows - we certainly don't!

What definitely doesn't make sense - is for him to risk his credibility by publicly mocking the disabled! That makes no sense at all - and he is not stupid enough to do that - even if he were that sort of person - and I don't believe he is!
