Its a little girl lost thing,I used to think done deliberatley but now I think it is aomething she likely does all the time. IT also helps to hide her expressions so anyone looking at her would'nt pick up what she was really thinking.

She is not a little girl lost - she is a grown woman - possibly pretending to be a little girl lost for the sympathy vote - from the more gullible!
