Andrew has actually been in a few conflicts and stood up for himself in each, even corin, or all people, said of andrew, "you don't mess about with andrew". She can't bear conflict as she knows she would be exposed as being the idiot she is, her eyes are filmy set on fame and, consciously or not, who knows, she does a mario and she comes out with inane catchphrases like, you guessed it, "i'm buzzin" to aviod it, not good as it gets the backs up of the other HMs, there are all seeing her as disloyal now and greedy for fame. Basically she is out of her depth and has nothing to offer.
