Well if he believes the rubbish that he spouts (& that's a big "if") then he must be mentally unstable...

If however he does not believe the tripe he comes out with, then he is conning people & some of those he cons are vulnerable people such as ones with terminal illness which he claims he can cure, then that is quite evil...

Though conning cancer victims, if you believe what you are saying/doing or not, is pretty low & evil in my book anyway...
