According to the Live Updates on DS:

13:43-After his first attempt, Sam fills the jug again. "He doesn’t like his hair wet if you wanted to really annoy him," Mario advises.

13:39-Sam announces that he is going to fill a cold jug of water and pour it over John James in the bath for spending most of the day in there.
