Well usually when somebody likes a HM they can give valid reasons why and even when I don't like them I can see their point. But in the case of John James none of his fans can come up with anything better than "he's entertaining" without specifying HOW he is entertaining.

So enlighten me - Is it the argumentative, selfish, non-team playing they like, or the manipulative exploitation of another person's feelings they enjoy, or is it the persistent and constant bitching about those HMs he considers competition, or is it the manly way in which he puts on his eyeliner and bleaches his hair, or is it the sulking and petulance when he can't get his own way, or the tedious hours spent under the duvet pretending to have feelings for a girl he doesn't fancy in the slightest?

Bitchy
Having at laugh at them-self
Tantrums and sulking
Banter with other housemates
Falling out with Big Brother
Talk of nominations
Carrying out secret missions the best they can
Creating fun with the tasks
Winding the housemates up


What I don't like

Under the duvet
Romance
Destroying furniture
Sitting around all day not joining in
Threatening to leave the house


Mix all that up, throw them in the house full of cameras, take away any freedom they had and watch them as they try to cope in these uncharted territories, who knows what or how they will behave. That's the ingredient I love the most.

For me John James provides the entertainment I want in nearly all the right places. He also has qualities I don't like, but I'm not looking for perfection. First impressions of John James were the same as I had with all of them. It was when John James started pulling faces that he said Rachael pulled that I found very amusing.

I'm not into all this romance, but I accept that is part of his character or game plan even.

He can annoy me just as much as any other of the housemates, but when the cards are stacked up he hits the ones I enjoy the most.

I thought it was great when he went for Ben over not taking part in a task then a few weeks later he does the same, that I was pissed off by.

If I had to choose one housemate I would have join me & my friends down the pub then John would be that choice.

John James is a great entertainer for me, but then so is Corin, Sam, Dave, Josie. Mario & Andrew are close but not quite there. Steve, Jo & JJ bring nothing to the house, and as nice as these may be, I wouldn't miss them if they were to leave.

Make-up and nail polish on the blokes, I don't understand, I guess it's done out of boredom, but I don't recall it as bad as this in the earlier shows.
