I liked Ben because there was something of a bygone age about him. You know, a dinner jacket, a gin and 'It', a cigarette holder... a tinkling piano "A cigarette that bears a lipstick's traces, an airline ticket to romantic places..." kind of stylie. I miss him... he always made me laugh, which is more than can be said for most of the others.
