being fat is bad for the health and is not how humans are supposed to be

if society keeps on saying being fat is ok and big is beautiful bollocks the nation is gonna get fatter and fatter each generation till we become a nation of walruses and hippos

if i had a friend who was fat and i cared about them i would tell them they need to lose weight, not bullsh** them and say oooooh you look lovely
