I keep seeing this guy's name branded around the forum. Is he the same Kenneth Tong that was in last year's Big Brother?

Am I right in thinking that he has predicted every eviction correct? This week he has predicted Sam to go, right?

He definitely predicted Jo. this from his twitter page:

I bet Jo on early week at 1.33; she is a certainty as per all my seven other #BB11 "Predictions"; even at these odds it's still free money.

What was the full story with his predictions of the Rachael1 & Sunshine "shock" evictions? ...did he predict them right at the start of the week? ...or did he just jump on the bandwagon right at the end when the odds turned?
