It is over a month since they first got info from outside about how they were portrayed. As JJ was being up for eviction he thought he had to stay with Josie or he would be out.
Now that she has a pass to the final she can tell him off. I think he has called her thick too many times. But she also knows that if she ditches him she wont get his 'fans' to vote for her as winner. This is a risky time for Josie.
