Assuming Sam replaced Josie in the final five..
if Sam would have got less votes than Josie(say he got 300 votes when she got 550 votes) and the other four got the same votes they got then Sams percentage of the total would be much less than 78%. Thats the point.
His fans are just young and loud. Josie appeals to the silent masses sat at home.
