Agreed - and if anyone can be said to 'deserve' a win it would be Nick and not just because he is the main reason for all the BB we enjoy today,

Also because (and people forget this) he was booted out and never got a shot at the win.
YES.. those were the rules but it still seems like a travesty when you see today that would earn little more than a silly task punishment or 'warning' from BB,

What Nick did was (quite seriously) change and 'invent' the very success of Big Brother UK and even around the world

Look at it this way - 'Evil' Will Kirby not only won BBUSA in his season but his partner BB All-Stars,
yet,
How many people know that 'Dr. Evil' simply studied and copied Nasty Nick.
Same with Survivor USA winner Richard Hatch.
Nick literally 'wrote the book'.
Nick is the actual 'Sith Lord' that spawned them all.

Anyways, the tragedy is that Nick actually got penalized for what everyone else after him got rewarded for.
So yeah.. in principle Nick is the most 'deserving' if there ever is such a thing.
