I have always been highly dubious about the "born in the wrong body" thing.
I think it is a purely psychological issue tied in with being gay and, in addition, (possibly) a tendency towards transvestitism.
Many people are born into bodies they wish were different - those born disabled for instance. But generally they learn to get on with life and live with it. Wanting to go as far as mutilating your body for no (physical) medical reason is something which suggests a serious psychotic condition! So we should not expect Nadia to be an entirely normal woman.
Nadia will NEVER be fully accepted as a woman by everyone and that is something new she will have to learn to live with since her op. I hope she feels it was all worth it.
