The part which confused me was when Nikki got all 'upset' about John comparing her with a little girl.
FFS, she deliberately does everything in her power to be like a little girl, from her anorexia, her mannerisms, her voice, her behaviour, EVERYTHING! She's seriously personality disordered, IMO.
