well crime statistic clearly show that 99.9 % of violent crime is committed by black people who are less than 10 % of the population. that's not opinion or racism, that's fact, and the problem has been discussed openly in parliament even in these politically correct , don't mention the elephant in the room times. It still doesn't make pre judging someone because of their skin colour acceptable, but there is bound to be a certain amount of fear based reactions, especially against black people who subscribe to a violent culture.
