A bully in the true sense of the word, he does need to be taken down a peg or 2 and as soon as someone stands up to him he will cower down like the dog that he is. As we all know bullies like to dish it out but cannot take it.

IMO he's not even a bully - he's a nothing - just full of talk. Like the Nike slogan 'JUST DO IT'. Put up or shut up Mr I always deliver - but only if I have someone to help me and only if there are no strong characters to put me in my place (without too much effort) blah blah blah
