I think alot of people on this website, are being Idealistic and Naive.

It's easy for str8 women and gay men to be tolerant of people like Nadia, but do we honestly think that Nadia is attractive to true heterosexual men?

When you mentally picture someone having a sex change, do you imagine them nipping over to the Drs surgery and saying 'hey doc I fancy being a woman today, cut my cock off and give me some tits love'.
