That's just about what I'll be doing apart from the kids!! (They're grown up so I guess wouldn't be too pleased at me sending them to bed - though I may lock them in their room so they don't come out for a chat!!!)

Or lock yourself in your room... that way there's no way you can be disturbed!

29 and 32 but still not too big to get a clip round the ear if they disturb my BB viewing

I take it they aren't BB fans?

I'm not wishing my kids infant years away but sometimes I ever wonder if I'll get to the stage where dinner/bath/bed time isn't a 3 hour ritual that involves me! hahaha

What age do they just wash and take themselves off to bed??

Sadly they're not BB fans

Their young years are so precious I used to wish for them to grow up and now they have I would love to have the time back so enjoy it while you can.

Mine were about 8 when they managed to do most things for themselves maybe as they're both boys it took them a bit longer to grasp the washing routine but they got there in the end

Girlchild is 6 and boychild is 3

And yeah, I do appreciate these years a lot actually... but there are times when you just think "god give me a break" hahahah
