As far as I remember, at the time, he wanted to be referred to as a woman. And so people should respect that. And anyway, regardless of that, calling someone a 'manbeast', which in your definition is 'a woman that looks like a man', is particularly insulting, is it not? Especially considering the chances are Sam had low-confidence in her appearance.
