Madonna is a very healthy person more healthier then most average people, her trainer said she is a athlete and has more strengh and stamina them people of 20 years of age. She has a balanced diet and does not let herself get overweight, she has a brillant lifestyle and a happy family life with 4 children. She wont die for another 20-30 years yet.
