Also Africa is not just a crime ridden hell hole for white people, Rape, crime and the disorganised chaos that is the politics are a part of everyday life in most of sub saharan africa. A black child is raped by a black male in Africa every single second, and we are talking babies of 6 months old included. Men are raped regularly as well. gays are either killed or put in prison. parts of South Africa are still visitable with caution but are deteriorating into chaos rapidly. It's very sad, there is no way we can help all of them, but I wish we could keep gamu, she is so talented and sweet. I just hope sub saharan africa can discover civilisation for itself one day. The suffering there is unbelievable.

I was watching a documentary on West Africa and while there are certainly some nice places and great villages... ...wow, there was absolute chaos and just sheer horror elsewhere!
My Dad actually phoned me after watching it himself and we could not actually believe that existed!
If we had not seen this we would not actually believe there was a place on earth where this kind of horrific chaotic existence could happen.

I don't think the worst horror movies even thought of what was going on there.
I cannot even DESCRIBE what was happening on this forum - its that bad!

But then here is a question:
So if the idea was to simply evacuate all these people to the UK then what have you done for them?
For starters now they are doing it here,
or,
if you say you will take just the ones who claim they are escaping it then who is left to change anything there?
Who reforms it if the would-be-reformers are grabbed up by Britain?
So we get to take all the good ones and leave the bad ones there to degenerate into more psychotic animalistic horrors?

But as far as your wish to help Gamu - I have great news - You CAN!
Right now!
You may have to do some googling but I understand there was some org taking donations so you can give some of your money (maybe even through a few internet clicks) to Gamu's cause,
and,
If that doesn't satisfy you then I happen to know a few folks from Zimbabwe (who went through long legitimate expensive immigration processes to move here legally and now work and pay taxes),
and,
they told me there are a whole lot of various humanitarian, religious (or secular) organizations I'm sure you can join.
Some even use donations to pay for your airfare and give you a room to stay in while you help them build schools, clinics, etc.

So yes, your wish can definitely come true and you can do something to help Gamu!
Let us know how you did

thanks el proximo, i tend to agree with you, and yes there are things they do in Africa that i wouldn't feel comfortable posting here. Horrible unpleasant things that make horror films seem tame, i think we must have seen the same documentary.
