The act that finishes in last place will be automatically eliminated, the next two lowest scoring acts will be subject to the sing off, where the judges will decide which act to send home and which to save. Voting will close at 9pm; contestants ARE allowed to vote and MAY put themselves in first place. To vote, you must rank all the contestants from 1st-12th in order of preference, and send these in a PM to me before 9pm.

MARY AND DIVA FEVER CAUGHT IN BED

Scenes backstage at the Z Factor took a sizzling new turn last night after singer Mary Byrne was caught in the act - with DIVA FEVER.

The twosome, who survived elimination last night against Cher Lloyd, were heard MOANING from downstairs whilst Mary sang "At Last" by Etta James.

Producers remain tight-rimmed about the incident, but fellow contestant MARLON moaned, "It was quite disgusting to be honest. There's some things a man should never see."

Shuryl Cole has also commented on the story this morning on BBC Radio 1. Cole, promoting her upcoming album "My Hawaii Xmas", commented, "sheit the bed! are yuhz Sirius? Ah mental! Ah jus new Deeva Feeva woar gonna be afta alla the goals leik!"
