My son decided not to go to university after his A'levels and to my initial dismay he opted for a job in a large store in London's west end. Now after just 3 years, at age 21, he is Manager of his own store, whilst his friends who have now graduated are still looking for work, and have massive debts.

Too many graduates, many with useless degrees that employers don't want, are chasing too few jobs.
