I think you are doing ben a disservice because Ben didn't like mario he bitched about him that's fine, he has to live with the consequences of that and he is, that's the loss of mario's friendship, that's between the two of them but when you see mario abused on forums and done under ben's name people remember the bad things about ben and not the good.
Every time I see another thread like this one, Is mario jealous of ben? I just remember all the horrible things ben has said and done. You are not giving people the chance to forget

LauraC this is a forum to discuss BB housemates lots of us will disagree, some will agree, every forum has posters with an opinion - I have read some awful things about Ben and other housemates posted on forums but I don't go around personally attacking people. I would rather have a debate and either come to an understanding or not. All the housemates get opinions spouted on forums - it goes with the territory - no one is saying anything under Ben's name. Each forum member is giving their opinion. How you personally react to forums is your perogative but forums have their T&C's and people are free to discuss their likes/dislikes of housemates.

Genuine question ... when you say Ben seems a bit full of himself out of the house. From which sources are you seeing Ben being full of himself out of the house - as far as I'm aware - Ben himself is doing nothing on a personal level to promote himself - if anything, it's his 'fan base' who are doing that.

I'm honestly interested in what / where you /why you have this impression.

Though I dont really care anyways, once contestants leave the house, thats it for me. I don't follow them anymore. Well...I tell a lie, I followed Sam on twitter for a month or so after BB, but soon got bored of him

In my opinion this is where I think ben's fans are doing ben a disservice, they are the ones always making comments about ben being better than the other housemates/assosiates etc, i think they are giving ben an air of snobbishness that he himself probably doesn't have

Quite right - Ben fans are blowing his trumpet, not Ben. Ben is simply getting on with his life and clearly getting more offers and opportunities than the other HMs. He doesn't feel the need to broadcast his every bowel movement on twitter or facebook. Twitter is very revealing as to who are desperadoes! As for Mario, what's he got going for him off the back of BB ? (lengthy silence) - erm, no still nothing).

I agree with you there Pices. They BOTH moaned and bitched about each other behind their backs! It annoys me that people think Ben is the guilty one when Mario was just as bad when it came to the bitching. In fact I'm pretty certain he instigated it in the beginning.

I feel much the same way. Mario's behaviour around Ben did border on 'concerning'. It certainty didn't appear to be normal.

I also found Mario wandering around thrusting his enlarged bollock in everyone' face, well.... apart from being the actions reminiscent of a 5 year old - it was highly inappropriate to say the least.

However, back to keeping well on topic.

I'm not altogether sure Mario's future seems as bright as Ben's. Ben is in more demand on a more celubrious scale than turning on Xmas lights.

His guest appearances on Radio are on the increase, which is great.

ah right, thanks for that ! I was a bit perplexed as I was unaware of Ben actually promoting himself in the manner the Mario does, which is why I asked.

I have read a few comments about some photograph of him for the forthcoming CCT, and Ben appearing to be looking somewhat bored! Maybe he was !

Sam. Now I really liked the way he came into the house and threw the cat amongst the pigeons at times. Unfortunately: when BB ended, he began to appear 'too big for his boots' and his shine soon faded. What a shame, really. Perhaps he will 'even out' in time.

Definitely. The fame certainly went to his head. He was fantastic in the house, livened up an otherwise dull last few weeks. But out of the house, his head swelled ridiculously.

Sadly yes, it did bring out the worst in him. he was like a little whirlwind and brought much needed honesty in the house - there was a hilarious thread on DS quoting his best one-liners, it's was brilliant.
