I think Niall's the one with ambitions above his ability tbh, seems to already have a huge ego and it'll only get bigger with time; if the group fails post X Factor then I think he'd be first to quit and if they're successful I still think he'd try and forge a solo career as soon as things go awry. The rest of them appear to enjoy working as a band.
