Well it could have something to do with her accusing Dom in particular for poogate, but not in a jokey way, but in a quite superior, hectoring way. She certainly isn't the sweet demure person her silly little girl voice conveys - as Dom put it she has "pretty girl syndrome" in that she thinks her looks entitle her to behave in a superior way towards others. She also thinks her looks somehow make her superior enough to be able to refuse to do a task she deemed "unsuitable" for her, when others didn't have a choice, even though at that point she had done sod all to contribute anything to the camp.

At least Dom does his share, and furthermore he is a funny and interesting person, which she is not. What you call "picking on her" is more criticism of how little she actually does.
