Yeah but how much would it cost to improve all that infrastructure? No way would it earn the money back that is spent on it... therefore more taxes, and a bigger deficit for something that effects us most people for around 20 days a year. Poland and those countries NEED different infrastructures because they get these conditions EVERY winter. We have had a bad winter for the last 3, and we most likely will next year, but after that we can expect conditions that we saw in the late 90's-08 again.
